I received a BS in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University with a specialization in Computer Music. I've taken classes in a variety of subjects including Logic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Linguistics, Psychology, and Philosophy, among others. I was fortunate to be instructed on using programming as a tool of artistic expression.

Experience

I have a passion for teaching math and believe that although math is one of the most important areas in education, it is also one of the most poorly taught. I've always enjoyed playing with computers and listening to music, which led me naturally into my Computer Music focus. I used to play water polo at Stanford and enjoy learning new activities with friends.
